Boxing in North America would be terribly dull if there were no Hispanic fighters. Too many American boxers run from their opponents, like Floyd Mayweather and Corey Spinks, or are dull boring defensive fighters who hold a lot and rarely KO anyone, like Bernard Hopkins.

Boxing needs the exciting Mexican and Puerto Rican fighters like Miguel Cotto, JM Lopez, and JMM, and Mexican-Americans like Victor Ortiz.
