Does this mean Cotto is in FN4?

Ok I have a picture but I'm ******ed with computers and I don't know how to post it. I took the pic with my cell and emailed it to myself but I don't know how to get it onto here. So if someone wants to see it, let me know how to do it.

Anyway, I was just at the mall and went into the video game shop. They had the prototype copies of Fight Night 4 advertising to reserve now and all that ****. Except on the cover it wasn't the Ali/Tyson official cover. It was a silhouette of Cotto's famous intense pose after he knocked out Zab Judah.

Now, I'm not sure what this means, but I feel like they wouldn't associate the game with a silhouette of someone that wasn't IN the game. Or am I totally wrong?
