It's exciting to hear about the possible trilogy, but this kind of talk should really be held up until after the Hatton fight. This happens in boxing a lot, talk surfaces about two fighters squaring off and then it never happens.

With the economy so screwed up and allegedly owing a lot of money to the government, it seems like Floyd will make a comeback (even though people are sick of hearing about it). It can be hard to predict what happens in boxing sometimes, but if Pac gets by Hatton, I think Mayweather will immediately go public himself with some announcements out of his own mouth.

Now that I said this, watch Mayweather make a statement tomorrow...

Barrera only got stopped by Pacquiao. in a TKO, it wasn't a KO.

That was a fluke. A past prime Barrera proved it in the rematch. Not to mention Barrera would've made it the full 12 rounds, but his brother didn't want to see that happen.

It wasn't a fluke. Barrera went into straight survival mode in his rematch with Pac from the very start of the fight, and Pac was content to use his speed and outbox him instead of bringing the pressure that he brought in their first encounter, hence MAB lasted the distance.
