i just dont see manny getting his combos off if hatton is up in his face...i think if manny doesnt have rythm....keep in mind folks paulie had like 71" reach to hatton's 65.....in this fight pac has only a 67'...i think this is a factor...like hatton says its not hard to hit pac...and marquez showed us that pac is off balance throwing the power left

        That doesnt mean ****-.

JMM hited Pac, because of his great counter punching an superb timming, Hatton doesnt have neither.

If Hattons is not allowed to grapple in the fight, he is done!!!!!!!!!!

floyd beat hatton at his own game i give you that......but floyd is 10x more elusive than pacquiao...imo i think pacs defense is underrated, but i think lots are sleeping on hatton's boxing ability.....look even in the first morales fight, pacquiao outboxed morales...but morales best exchanges were when he was relentless with pressure....so i guess the guy who fights at his pace will have the advantage....i just dont see hatton going in circles like a d. diaz or oscar

Mauling is not a boxing skill.

              Anyways, Hatton is no Morales.

Hatton rushes in without throwing jabs, and he gets tag with left hands every time.

Youll see that Pacquiaos speed will be too much for Ricky.

agreed with the 'pace'...and i hate to sound like a broken record but thats where the speed factor come in JB....you can study, break down, analyze video but until you get in the ring, most, if not all, are overwhelmed...

its a common theme for PAC opponents/sparring partners to utter 'he was fast' in interviews....we'll see how ricky handles it

and as for floyd, yes he is elusive, yes he is a defensive wiz but all he had to do was stuff that forearm/elbow in hattons face when ricky did his trademark bullrush and...voila...rush attempt stopped

it wont be a forearm or elbow, rather a 1-2 that he'll have to deal with

not sayin that ricky isnt capable of dictating the pace but i just see him getting frustrated with the movement and speed

Speed and timing will win this for Pacman.

I think that if Hatton holds and grapples, Pacman will use a FMJ style tactic.

can pac still win?, if hatton turns the pace of the fight into a inside, roughhouse style brawl?
Not well. Someone has a gif of Pacquiao's manila glass on here. JMM caught him with a mean left hook on the chin and Pacman look like he was eaten by one of those ghosts.
