    Caballero vs. Mathebula Moved To April 30 in Panama

    BoxingScene.com has been advised that Celestino Caballero’s upcoming defense of the IBF/WBA super bantamweight titles has been rescheduled to April 30 at the Roberto Duran Stadium in Panama. Caballero (31-2, 22KOs) will defend against Jeffrey Mathebula (22-1, 12KOs) of South Africa. Mathebula earned the shot by winning an IBF eliminator last August with a unanimous decision over Julio Zarate. [details]

      i thought dunne had the wba now ... i assumed caballero vacated ... so the wba that cordova had and lost to dunne was interim!??! ****ing sanctioning bodies how can u keep up ...

          it must have been the wbo belt or some **** man! because maestrito's belt was no interim! pelenchin hasnt vacated anything, there's no reason to! maestrito does have a D win against pelenchin but im not sure if he dethroned him, i doubt it because it was a few years back!!

              no its was the wba ...

              i checked ... celestino is now the 'super' wba champ ... dunne is the 'ordinary' wba champ ...
