I have the new issue of Boxing Digest mag. IBO always advertise there. They have a normal Hatton(meaning big, not in shape) holding the IBO. On top of him, "Hatton has them, Pacquiao wants them". LOL at that one.

I believed Pac will hold on to the title if he beats Hatton. Then if he fights one of the top 4 ABC titles, then he will dumped the IBO.
