I think a change of management is due. Top RAnk really has not stepped it up in terms of making Cotto a bonafide star. I know Arum has made comments about Mexican fighters being more promotable but Cotto and his vastly inproved English should be an easy sell.

I suspect that Arum will be massaging Cotto's balls in order for Cotto not to leave.
