Tua had a lot more potential than Sam Peter, fundamentals or not. More power, more accuracy, better chin and better punch output.

He even had a good jab when he used it. His reach is one of the shortest ever for a heavyweight though, at around 69 inches. He just lacked one or two things needed to be more successful. He just couldn't get past a good jab at all.
