I was going to pick Vitali by KO/TKO but then I knew that they ever faced that he wouldn't pull the trigger against his own brother.

Such fight would never happen, I mean real fight, not show. But, in theory, Vitali would win by TKo to 8 or 9th round. It's not only his chin but champion's character and iron will. Vladimir is more talanted but softer.
