I was actually very good about that stuff. Didn't bend any facts. I remembered Brits too. I also didn't count guys like Glenn Johnson (US based foreigners).

I thought Europe would've done better too.

Why is Bob Arum afraid to put Pavlik in with Abraham?
The rankings on there are decent, obviously not the greatest. They give you a good picture of each division though. You have 7 out of 10 middleweights, it's not like I spun this or anything.

I have no idea, I hate Bob Arum. I want that fight just as much as you.

Watch the Documentary called "super size me". It shows just how fat people in north America generally are. People tend to be in better shape over in Europe then here...and of course it helps you in the ring.

Depends what you mean by Physically fit? If you are talking stamina I don't really see an American HW outside Shannon Briggs who has stamina problems and even he won a title belt over a European boxer.

If you are talking about how pretty Europeans bodies look on TV vs guys like Eddie Chambers and Chris Arreola then all I have to say is Brewter vs Vitali I.

Who had the stamina problem in that fight??

            Brewster never fought Vitali.

Wlad had some kind of blood sugar problem in his first fight with Brewster (he was taken to the hospital and they found extremely low blood sugar). He was physically fit, it had to do with another health problem which he now deals with.

              Good post.

              This is the real problem.

Some like Povetkin are a little plump, but that's natural for some Russian people - but you never see the really large bellies on these guys like you see on Chris Koval and Byron Polley.

Do the extra pounds put the American heavyweights at a disadvantage? I know if someone is highly skilled, they can still win despite being overweight, but they will definitely have less stamina.
                Isnt it obvious? lol...silly question.

Did he have low blood sugar against Sanders? What about Purrity?

                  Eh, doc?

                    blood sugar?

i thought it was because they covered his body with something that they were claiming didn't let his pores breathe or something.

that was the 1st excuse i remembered.

wlad is a big guy. big guys like that tire easily. no blood sugar problem.

he just punched himself out. he learned from it and has changed his style accordingly.

Most American heavyweights didn't learn to box until they became heavyweights. The only reason they got into boxing was because they couldn't make it in other sports. What do you expect from a bunch of rejects?
