    Mr. Hotbox,

While I may not know Olafabi, I know he came up at the Wild Card after leaving England and has been there for some time. I read in a SoCal notebook from Doug Fischer years ago when he was sparring with Toney that he was trained by Roach and have followed him from a distance since. There are a number of articles that have come out, especially before the last fight with Mac that say Roach is his trainer. See this one among MANY.

Because I live in Broward County, I do not know Ola Afolabi like you apparently do, but that don't mean I don't know **** about boxing. You know nothing about boxing if you think Roach is a joke of a trainer. Maybe he's not as great a trainer as you are but......he has the credentials and you can't deny that. I could see him being trainer of the yr 1nce and it being a fluke, but 3 times????? Everyone who is a 3 time MVP is for real, I dare you to find one in another sport.

Who's been training him before? He's at Wild Card so its been one of Roach's assistants correct? I know he didn't leave when Fortune left a couple of years ago, so there was something keeping him around Freddie's gym. that link is on the east side.
