cause peter was #2 when vitali beat him..so now vitali is #2 and wlad is#1 so i guess wlad has 2 beat valuev or chageav to get the ring belt

As for as I know its not even a certainty they give a vacant belt to the winner of 1v3, i think its only in some cases. usually its only 1v2. If Wlad beats Chagev I wouldnt give it to him. Its supposed to be the belt for the undeniably best in the division, and in the case of the heavyweights while they dont fight each other no-one can say they're the best for cetain.
