I don't see how Cotto's blood would get inside Margarito's glove.

And if I recall grade 11 biology correctly, I think blood cells are the only cells in the body that do not contain DNA. The best they could do is match blood-types.

EDIT: Correction that would be Red Blood Cells. I think White Blood Cells contain DNA.
