I lost a lotta respect for him over that SSM ****. Cats can say what they want about his past fights, but once is enuf anyway. I've always liked Marg as a fighter but **** it, he deserved to get whomped by SSM and he deserves to be banned.

i for one loved to watch margo goto work and get it done ... but imo without a doubt in my mind think he should be banned for life and criminal charges should be brought against him.

Those saying for life are some unforgiving mofos. I'd say two to three years.

banning him is like a slap on the wrist. they should stick that coward in prison for like 10 years then execute him live at the Staples Center in California...just for turning his back on his native country...the U.S....and claiming to be from Tijuana Mexico. He's the ultimate fraud in boxing.

Cheats and turns his back on hs native country claiming to be from somewhere he aint.

This is easy, lifetime ban and criminal charges, he is no better than Panama Lewis and Resto. He could have killed a man and possibly have already caused long term damage to others. If you have skill you wouldnt need to resort to something like this to win fights.

keep in mind saying 5 years and probably even 3 years ban is basically the equivalent of saying 'banned for life' considerng the fact that margarito is now 31 going on 32, a 5 year ban would mean he'd come back at like 37 and by then most fighters careers are already long done. it's sort of like a 50 year old man being sentenced to 75 years in prison..u know there is no way in hell he'll ever be back in the real world again..he will die in that prison.

                    right on!

or better yet, they should make a huge promotion leading up to the day of plasterito's lifetime ban and in each city they stop for a presser get people in line to slap that fraud, thats what he should get for sayin he aint american knowin he was born in cali
