Look am one of the lewis nuthuggers if you want to put it that way and Vitali would have beaten lewis in a rematch even if the fight was staged 6 months after their first fight, Reality is lewis was getting old and demotivated by that time/point..

A 28 year old lewis against a 28 year old Vitali would have been something else...Shame it didnt happen that way.

Which only comes to prove how good the current HW division is, imo.

Seriously its about time some of these Vitali Klits fan let go of the "PROMISED" rematch that lewis made to Vitali while been harrassed on his interview.

Let it go already..i wish both fighters were in their prime so we could see a great match up but lewis is old and was even done by the time he fought Vitali.

Well, I (like many others) still didn't convinced that Lewis won that fight with Vitaly. If so, why Lennox was so soon to retire if not afraid of rematch?

Vitali. Lewis has been out the game too long, and is too old even for a HW.

He was the champion. Why would he rematch somebody he beat? Sure, it was on cuts, but as has been said they were from his gloves, not a clash of heads. Unlucky for Vitali, maybe, but there is no doubt whatsoever Lewis won (or 'won').

Vitali won the first two rounds in the fight, Lewis won the other four.

Vitali could thank God, that the fight stopped.

Lewis is a much better and skilled boxer than Vitali.

Vitali should retire before it is too late.

Lewis had class, he retired as a champion.
