Not to burst your bubble or anything. But Margarito is a natural born US citizen. My thoughts. Its a shame that a Mexican, who was deprived in his life so much, that came from nothing would throw it all away. To even have the PRIVILEGE to fight in America as a CITIZEN of the United States without jumping a fence or crossing illegal is blessing for him or any Mexican!!! Hes a disgrace to himself and all Mexicans. Those who like him for being Mexican are blind!! You better take a long look at Juan Manuel Marquez and others fighting and struggling in pride. Margarito is a flat out BUM!!!Comment

Bubble not bursted! I know he was born in CA and lived most his life in Tijuana. I never applied he was. I applied that its a privilege to have what he has had. Born in US or not Margaritos life was **** growing up in Tijuana and the one of the worst parts of it too!Comment

Yeah, Margarito screwed up.
He worked really hard with limited talent for years then tried to get an edge against a naturally more athletic man with a ton of boxing experience. He threw away all that hard work and sacrifice for nothing.
I think he won't fight in the USA again, to be honest, or he will when he's too old for it to matter anymore.Comment

But you see, man, that's the thing. I found parts of what you posted disrespectful. I thought you made it sound like you feel that any Mexican living in the US is privileged. Any person living here is privileged, not just Mexicans.
I took it like you were saying that the only way Mexicans can come to this country is by illegally crossing the border. And you said that what Margarito did is a shame to all Mexicans. That's like me saying that what Bush and Reagan or Madoff did in their lives is a shame to all white Americans. I would be wrong to say that and I wouldn't say that.
Looking back, I probably shouldn't have insulted you like that and just explained. I hope you understand. But, hey, it's Saturday and I've been on here since the morning. I'm gonna log off soon. So have a good one.Comment

Excepted. I will take any debate. Respectfully or not. But, I wont ingage that first. No...Not at all. sorry you took it in any way raciest. Im far from that and I'm anti raciest. What i mean is Mexicans have it rough in that Country...Ive seen this with my own eyes. Actually Mexicans get there Papers here faster than Europeans. I have friends that are Mexican, that came here illegally. Working on there Papers! I don't condone it...But i understand it... But do believe they should get there citizenship like anyone else. I live in south Florida. Everyone around here is illegal.LOL from all over. Cubans have it pretty bad to. They have no rights. So when they hit land here opportunity opens. Margarito should be an example to his countrymen that all things are possible here in the US. (and this is what i meant) For him to be looked up too as an role model or icon in mexico it can give them hope. So to do what he did with The Privilege that so many would love to have is a shame. Thats all. Nothing more nothing less....Beef Squashed.. no hard feelings man!But you see, man, that's the thing. I found parts of what you posted disrespectful.
