First of all
we all know that marg will contioue fighting and getting paydays with or w/out cotto. So its not really up to cotto to take away marg's payday.

Who is gonna fight him know that will give him a big payday?
Nobody, If he is lucky he will end up fighting somebody desperated like Judah or Mayorga and neither guy is gonna give him the money he made on the Cotto Fight!!!!
