Margarito's hand was ok'ed by the Comission until ****m said something. In the Cotto fight, there was no ****m. In the Resto deal, him and his trainer said that the Comission wasn't even present during the wraping; plus those guys get paid crap so they could easily be paid off.Comment

See here on what constitutes assault under Californian law:
In California assault is defined as; the unlawful attempt, coupled with the present ability, to inflict bodily harm on the person of another. In layman's terms this means that if you physically touch someone in a way that is against their wishes and causes them harm you have committed assault. I know from my law school experience that even an apparently "attempted" assault can count as a regular assault. For example, suppose someone takes a swing at you but misses ... that would still be considered an assault because the intent was to achieve contact (regardless of whether they were successful or not).
In addition, conspiracy to commit a crime is also a crime under Californian law.Comment

What is your point? I've already said that it's logical to believe that Marg used plaster treated pads against Cotto. It just can't be proven for a fact by any investigation cause the fight is over and done. Cotto's corner failed to catch any wrongdoing when they were supposed to. Any investigation at this point will prove nothing, so I'm saying they should do it in the ring.Margarito's hand was ok'ed by the Comission until ****m said something.
