That both hands were ok'd for the Cotto fight, which is over and it can't proved that plaster was used for a fact.

Margarito's hand was ok'ed by the Comission until ****m said something. In the Cotto fight, there was no ****m. In the Resto deal, him and his trainer said that the Comission wasn't even present during the wraping; plus those guys get paid crap so they could easily be paid off.

Attempted assault is not a crime in California or any where else but I agree he should get a stiffer punishment than just a year ban.

In addition, conspiracy to commit a crime is also a crime under Californian law.

What is your point? I've already said that it's logical to believe that Marg used plaster treated pads against Cotto. It just can't be proven for a fact by any investigation cause the fight is over and done. Cotto's corner failed to catch any wrongdoing when they were supposed to. Any investigation at this point will prove nothing, so I'm saying they should do it in the ring.
