Peter needs to come in at 240

If Sam Peter could make 240-245, no one but the Klitschkos could beat him. He has the power, but just too much weight these days. I really belive if he would stick to 240-245 he would steam roll everyone but the Klitschkos.

James Toney clearly beat him in the first fight.

Peter beat him twice. Peter needs to lay off the whoopers and get a good trainer. He could be the #3 guy.

I agree, but perhaps 5 pounds lower.

If Peter were to get his weight down to 235-240, he'd be a decent heavyweight.

Maybe not "anyone but the Klits" but he would look a lot better than tonight, he was seriously heavy.

If he wants to make a serious comeback and really try to win a title he needs to come at 230 max...

that's what I don't get, 2 fights ago Peter was defending his WBC belt.

you'd think a 28 years old Elite level heavyweight coming off a knockout loss would be more motivated etc

and what does Peter do? comes in weighing a career high 265.

Peter is only 28 but his weight issues will jeopordize his boxing career real early. If it hasn't already.
