hes declined since then, its a subtle sort of decline since he hasnt taken a lot of damage but hes just getting plain slower and older, plus hes very small for the division

Holyfield at one time might have beaten the Klitschko's but Toney's style is taylor made for the Klitschko's...... They don't like to reach in, and thats what Toney's style is predicated on. They might not land cleanly much, but they'd be content to just pot shot all night, and he would never have an opportunity to unleash a counter.
