How good would Eddie Chambers be at C.W?

Lets be real, he ain't getting far at H.W. Haye, Wlad, Vitali will beat him, he'd beat Valuev I'll tell you that much.

So how good do you guys think he'll be at C.W? Think he'd beat Adamek?

I don't think he could make weight.
And he's not active enough and his power isn't much, Adamek would walk right through him.

He would beat everyone at cruiserweight imo, but it's not like he's Chris Byrd and struggling to make heavyweight.

Lets not forget he has solid pop for a guy his size, if he fights in cruiserweight his punches will even be more powerful.

He looked pudgy tonite, it's probable that he can make the cut to CW with no problem. Can he beat Adamek? Yes I think so, he can school him for the first half of the fight and IF he can stay busy for the second half he will win virtually with no problem. The thing is, Adamek is a fucking beast who finds ways to win and can take just about anyone's shots at CW. Adamek/Chambers will be a good match-up.

this gets brought up every time he fights. i honestly don't think dropping weight would make a difference with this kid. weight isn't the issue.

I doubt he could squeeze into CW.

Yes but he is fat and very athletic, you could only wonder how good he'll be at C.W

This is the truth. Its not the weight thats the issue, its the dedication. But if I were to play "what if" as we are here. Then I would say he "could" be a beast if he so chooses. Adamek is a man who LOVES to fight, no one can trully appreciate the magnitude of that unless you fight/fought yourself. Arturo Gatti, Jake LaMotta are just two examples of guys who really threw technigue out of the window even though they knew it, just to fight. Plus they found success, as Adamek has. He was a titlist at LHW with that mentality and is the Cruiserweight champion because of that mindset, that and an amazing set of whiskers. The fight bewtween Adamek and Chambers would be a good give and take and the outcome would solely rest on Eddies desire to be champion.
