I always worry about Chambers chin because he's a not a "natural" heavyweight.
I know Eddie can take a punch (and Povetkin is an accurate puncher, and at that size, it can be more dangerous) and Eddie knows he can take a shot, but he doesn't know (yet) how he will respond when he is trully hurt, nor does he know how ok it is to hit the canvas. You can get up and lay a licking on the other person still. I love how Eddie fights, when he fights, and I can only hope he comes to realize soon that he loves to fight too.

Povetkin punches right through chambers guard and landed punches that way, so some of you are saying Povetkin is a weak puncher yet he has enough force behind his punches to break through chambers guard though

He punched through his guard because Povetkin was mostly throwing and Chambers wasn't punching back, of course some of his punches will land.

It doesn't matter about his workrate, because Povetkin leaves himself open when he's on the offense, all Chambers had to do was be busier, and he didn't do that throughout most of the fight.

Although Povetkin had a better amatuer background, Chambers started his pro boxer career earlier. And Chambers has been boxing since he was like a kid. He had 80 amatuer bouts and won the Pittsburgh national title.

naa,,,he just couldnt take povs pressure and work rate. a rematch would be more of the same and could end up even worse for chambers if it was true that pov had the flu

Without a doubt, and very likely more easily, since Povetkin knows exactly what to expect from Eddie now. Also we should consider, Sasha had a bad cold the night he fought Chambers, yet still won.

Chambers is what he is, he hasn't improved and likely never will.

Povetkin still wins. I'll have to admit I rather be talking about Chambers and Povetkin instead of John Ruiz and Hasim Rahman.

Yet Chambers won the first 4 rounds CLEARLY and the 5th round was close. Had Chambers been busier he would of won the fight. Chambers/Povetkin II is very winnable for him, and he clearly hits harder Byrd, so Povetkin has to respect his punches.

All Chambers needs to do is be busier and he will win the fight. Chambers was much busier in the Peter fight compared to when he fought Povetkin. And Chambers had to be tentative because Peter has knockout power, while Povetkin doesn't. If there is a rematch I expect Chambers to be much busier and use more footwork, that's the improvement.

Chambers has the skill, but he dosen't have the will.

Chambers is a mental midget that lacks heart. He started off well in that fight, but Povetkin adjusted to his style and dominated the rest of the fight. Chambers' punch output decreased and he went into survival mode in his cowardly shell when he felt Povetkin's power. He was overwhlemd by the strongerm tougher relentless Povetkin.

Povetkin whoops his ass in a rematch and stops him in the 11th round.
