The IBF have been guilty of recycling mandatory contenders at an alarming rate, just thing Robert Allen, Vaughan Bean and Axel Schulz just to name a few. It's the promoters than are able to haggle the governing bodies into their silly decissions.
Just ignore the WBO and WBA now

I don't recognize any of the sanctioning bodies, it makes life much easier. They are there to unjustifiably Tax fighters of their hard earned purses for the sole purpose of helping recognize some of the top contenders in any given division. I will not rest until the sport is rid of the entire Sulaiman clan and the counterparts in the subsequent parasitic en****** that leech off of boxing.Comment

that was a while back though. nowadays the IBF is doing better.
and the WBO are worse anyway. they moved a dead person up two places in their rankings one time.Comment

dude the ibf strips fast as hell.....Kessler-Calzaghe wouldve been for ALL the belts if they werent ***** money hungry whores......that wouldve been a bit of history.....
margarito couldnt unify with cotto, even though it was his first fight with the belt...
they gave ndou a belt without winning a fight....just gave him a belt for being ranked #1.......
the only reason theyre being lenient on klitschko is because povetkin got injured, then on his time off his brain turned on and he noticed he needed more experience so he has not enforced the mandatory......
they let judah keep his belt cus baldmir didnt pay a fee.......at least make the belt vacant for gods sake.....Comment

In a perfect world we'd have just the one title but the WBO has always been a mickey mouse title although MAB give it a little credibility.Comment

Thats the problem with sanctioning titles, whoever the fighter is at any moment is what gives it its credibility. Yet with a linear (at this moment RING) title, it's the belt that makes the fighter not the other way around.Comment
