I would, having the belt will bring more $$ and you'll be facing the best opposition, not everyone is as lucky as Hatton though

Agree i can see that. But if you move around 2 divisions and fight the best u will eventually bring in the money. Plus im not saying u have to move away from the belt. If u fight the best u will fight the champs

But if the question were would I chase belts or the biggest, best fighters out there? Then I'm going for the latter.

Having a belt coming up means larger paydays. They're a necessary evil but are seriously being abused.

allday everday I'd be after that NABF/NABO/wtv championship! but yeah the belts matter. Briggs was the ****ing linear champ and that didnt mean **** but he beats Sergei for the WBO and then he gets paid!

absolutley it would mean somthin .. but if it came to a point whre i won numerus belts already and considered one of the best p4p and i was bringing in millions a fight then it woudnt matter
