This actually makes sense. Well at least for Arum. Bob Arum has always defended Margarito and with his relationship with Roach and Manny Pac I believe he asked Roach to take in Margarito.

Bob Arum is not giving up. He is hoping to rebuild the Tijuana Tornado.

Roach will use Margarito as Pac's sparring Partner. I'm sure Roach will not permit Plaster Padding for Pac sparring.
