Hatton is sensationally fast, his only fault is more often than not, he doesn’t take that speed with him into the ring, opting instead to maul and pressure. I hope he brings a mixture of everything into this fight, speed, pressure attack, attack, attack. If he sticks to the plan I don’t see it going 6 rounds, I genuinely see Hatton (and I don’t use this term lightly) beating him up. School yard style.

wow, dude, Pac may be more "explosive" but the power is with Hatton. Hatton was using the heavier bag and the impact of the punches was being contained by Floyd, so you can't really tell what kind of snap he has from that video..

Oh and by the way, Hatton has KO'd more people than Pac at heavier weights and Pac took 9 rounds to KO a slow, walking punching bag in David Diaz at 135. How long do you think its gonna take against a faster, heavier, tricker fighter in Hatton?

lol, like I said, your IQ isn't your strong point. When a punch is explosive, its due to a combination of speed and power. And like in the vids its easy to easy when a punch is explosive or not.

It doesn't matter if Hatton was using a heavier bag or not and if there was somebody holding it. In fact, if somebody was holding the bag for Pacquiao he would have looked even more impressive as he could wouldn't have had to change his distance from the bag constantly as it was moving.

What does a guy coming from a smaller weight class have to 1 punch KO everybody or he doesn't display punching power? Just because Diaz said in the interview that it wasn't so much the power, doesn't mean that it had no factor. And in case you didn't realize (I guess you didn't) there was sort of a transition in Pacquiao's style from the Diaz fight. He became more of a slick boxer and avoided taking as much damage as he did when he was in the lower weight classes. I don't know whether is was Pac and Freddie's decision to change styles or just being more cautious as they fight in the heavier weight classes. IMO if Pac went in like his old self against Diaz, he would have finished him much sooner, but instead he displayed almost perfect boxing skills that night. Dishing out damage while taking none.

FYI Diaz has a Good chin. Only Pac Knock him cold in his career. And when was Hatton taste the canvas or the turnbuckle? Hatton migt be the faster or the Heavier than Diaz but I know for a fact that he's more Glassier too.

And you wouldn't be able to tell the "explosiveness" anywhere near as much in that video of Pac if someone had been holding the bag and it was heavier- that is the point I was trying to make, not that he wouldn't look as impressive, as the impact and "snap" would have been more contained.
