Paul's looking for the best fights? No argument here.
I'd love to see Paul fight everyone if he shows up like he did in his ko performances.

But Not everyone's 'dodging' or AFRAID of Paul. The #'s aren't there yet.

You gonna disagree and say Bernard is afraid of Paul?
there is a difference between hopkins and cotto, firstly hopkins cant make the welterweight limit, cotto and williams can. were getting off track here, The numbers arent there yet, but what about Clottey? He doesnt bring 10 fans to the table yet cotto is fighting him, Cotto and Clottey both lost to margarito, and williams beat margarito and wanted to fight them too. Hopkins has proved his worth by beating the top fighters in their primes, and he is irrelevant here as were talking about fighters ranked in the welterweight division fighting each other. Cotto took a risk in margarito and quit after taking a knee, while williams after beating margarito constantly said he will fight cotto. I think i speak for everyone when i say williams makes more sense than clottey both financially and legacy wise. there was no reason of choosing a contender failure in gomez over paul williams

I like how Margarito gets caught plaster handed and now you jump the bandwagon to another fighter... and you call other people bandwagon fans

Point out where I've taken shots at Paul for trying to prove himself.

my original point that you first quoted:

"Paul can say he wants, he wants, but do you believe Paul would "punish" EVERYONE just because they haven't accepted? or could it be that boxers have their own agendas?"

I'm NOT saying Williams is wrong to be calling people out or WANTING fights.
I'm saying: It says more about his confidence than it does about the people denying him.

But you know there are valid reasons why the fight didn't happen at both times.

Cotto wanted DLH/Mayweather after Mosley....Williams prob wasn't even on his radar.

This time, to expect Cotto to step in and fight Williams after the beating he took against Margarito is expecting a lot.

Williams moved and is fighting Wright.

Cotto's is a true WW that only fights there. The Mosley fight isn't in the cards right now, so it was either Berto or Clottey. Clottey is a top rank fighter and won't ask for a big split where Berto probably would have. Plus it's at MSG on the eve of the PR Parade...since thats an option, he could fight anyone and sell it out.

We know CLottey isn't a bigger draw than PWill, but with Cotto's current options, it made sense. Back in early '08, Cotto thought he had more big money options.

You know what I'm saying is right.

Now you are talking out the side of your arse because if you knew anything about Cotto, he has never mentioned fighters by name.

When asked, he responds by saying I will let my promoter worry about that.

Further more, no one knows what weight division Williams is in, do you? If Williams comes back to the WW and there is an opening for him and Cotto, I believe it will happen.

Most Cotto fans want to see Cotto/MargaPutito so we can shut little biatches like you up once and for all. You Margarita fans know Tonie cheated against Cotto. Shame on Tonies nuthuggers who would lick the shiet stains off Tonies underwear if they had a chance because they claim Tonies shiet don't stink and he could never do no wrong. Well guess what Tony nuthuggers, Antonia was already caught cheating. BURN!

Your post fails in too many ways to mention xplosiva pendeja.

WILLIAMS WANTS BERNARD AT 168!!! You don't even have to read the article to get that from the article-title!

The topic is: Cotto "dodging" Williams.
My point in bringing up Kelly & Hopkins is that they've ALSO ignored Williams.
Does that say the same thing about them?

And Cotto hasn't fought any top fighters?

I have yet to address you, cause you seem like the type that's so busy digging for dirt that you don't stop to either read or think to reconsider. Busy hating on fighters instead of loving the sport.

If you're main point is that Cotto should fight Williams, I'd agree with you.
                but WHEN is another issue.

Cotto's got Clottey, Cintron, Berto, Shane, Pac, Marg to handle first. If Williams is the 'god' you're hyping him to be then even you'd have to admit that it'd be wise for Cotto to fight these guys in preparation for him.

Cotto would never duck anyone and Williams is fighting Wright because he thinks it will be easy. Wright will give the Punisher all he can handle. Cotto would get on the inside and brutalize Williams to the gut. He struggles to make weight as it is and would not fair well against Cotto!!
