Goossen: Bika, Miranda possible opponents for Andre Ward

This was reported today by Steve Kim over at max boxing.

Good news, if it comes about. Ward needs a test at this level before trying to move up to fight one of the belt holders. Both Bika and Miranda are dangerous fighters but who are there to be outboxed by the more skilled Ward. Either would be a good measure of his chin and his resolve.

Bika is the tougher fight for Ward at this point. Bika is a tough opponent for anyone; he's given Calzaghe and Bute more than they wanted. He's not the greatest technical boxer, but he uses dirty tactics and he can ****.

Miranda is a little more predictable and is not as durable as Bika. As long as Ward avoided the right hand, he'd do well I think.
