True but that's where he put in most of his work though. Pac only had 4 fights at FW and 8 at 130. And at 122 that's the last weight where he actually made a title defense unless you want to count the fight against Fashan 3K Battery

yeah the 130 thing is a joke though.

the #1 guy in that division was barrera who he beat at 126 , the #2 guy was morales who he beat twice in the 2nd and 3rd bouts.

the only reason he didn't get a title shot at barrera sooner was because golden boy wanted marquez to get the belt to ensure a rematch between pac and jmm.

he might not have had any belts but everyone thought manny was the man at 130 even though he didn't have a belt.

same as 126 when he didn't have any belts but just the ring title.

Even though he has had only 1 fight there, i feel he may be best as a lightweight. He's not a small lightweight, prob average size, but at lightweight, he's forced to be more of a boxer/puncher. I think he just looks like a more complete boxer at this weight.
