If Khan even had a C grade chin I'd back him to take Valero to school, because I'm distinctly unimpressed by what I've seen so far. His technique is poor and he wings his punches quite often, meaning he'd be wide open for counter shots against an intelligent fighter or perhaps just a fighter with hand speed like Khan. That said, Valero throws bombs with both hands and even though he's moving up in weight, I'd imagine he has more than enough to put Khan down. I think the fight would depend on whether Khan has a sufficiently improved defence and a good gameplan.
