For the N. American participants of this forum, the P word im referring to is P-A-K-I, which is a racist term used unilaterally in britain for people of south asian origin.
You have gone out of your way on issues of "loyalty" and not bein truly british, and showing his true colours...why dont you tell us all what nationality you consider him? why do you consider his behaviour "typical"???
khan lives in hollywood when hes training, he will get as much out of the sparring as manny will. and would not have been making a special journey.
After the Gomez fight, he said he had sparred rounds with john murrary who in his opinion is a much better fighter. he's a british fighter helping an irish fighter...were u outraged then?
I was pointing out it is a small closely knit gym, with 1 ring, it would cause a great division , not to mention logisitical problems if 1 fighter were to refuse to spar another.

I don't understand the problem. Pacquiao helped Khan prepare for the Barrera fight. He's just returning the favour.......plus they train in the same gym and have the same trainer for god's sake. If Pac and Khan didn't know each other i would completely agree with you, but since they do i am on Khan's side this time.Comment

[QUOTE=dumber79;4965044]how many times do i have to say it...he's not sparring, that's my problem, if he was then it's be ok, but he's not!!!!![/QUOTE
Then what's the problem? He's not really doing anything since he can't spar, and he says in the article that he's neutral come fight night.Comment

no i dont hear what your saying, why do the british public help him get training or fights, they have nothing to do with it, Khan is showing his true colours, but he has to support his new freinds i geus as for him wanting to fight Hatton i hope it happens because he aint fit to lace Hattons boots, he would knock khan out in under 54 seconds
lol
U wanted to know why khan is loyal towards roach and you mentioned he should be loyal to the british public and i said why? they cant get him fights or help him train So hear thatComment

listen pal, we are full aware of what the p word is.
look, he's not training, nor is he sparring....that is my beef!!!
How do you know he's not training? His entire career is now based in America. He is learning ALL the time and being around Roach and Pac will keep him focused and on the game. Khan is a full time boxer, not a dosser. He is commited to his career.
answer me this, why has he gone out there to the gym if he's not sparring or traning?? if he is training, then I'm sorry I missed that bit, but he's not sparring.
Exactly, you don't know, do you? You just open your trap and blurt out the first thing that comes to mind.
The true colours one pal, means that he couldn;t give two fooks about support hatton and is only arsed in himself and looking to be part of a world class boxing team.
So? It's every man for himself pal. This is a one-man sport. Khan doesn't need Hatton and Hatton doesn't need Khan. I'd do the same. It's not like Khan has come out publicly and chastised Hatton, mocked or insulted is it? Hatton knows the situation. Don't you think he himself would understand if Floyd Mayweather Snr had reservations or dual loyalties if he (Ricky Hatton) was to rematch Floyd Mayweather Jnr? Really? You can't comprehend or grasp an iota of that at all? You must be thick then.
answer me this - would you go out and "support" someone who is fighting a fellow countrymen, who has done some much for british boxing??
Stop making it a nationalistic issue. It's morons like you who don't see beyond colour or flag waving and **** up things for everyone. We need LESS people like you and more people who stand up for justice, freedom and peace for ALL people. Stop stirring. You don't even have the mental intelligence or critical faculties to reason a coherently sane argument anyway.Comment
