Ok, and can u please explain how that benefits us fans? How does low risk/ high reward fights benefit us from a fans perspective?

If you're a fan of watching how much money another man can make, why not be a stock market fan? Why not moniter the market and who invests in what, then cheer THEM on?

I dont know why you watch boxing, but i watch it for entertaining/competitive fights. I can give two ****s how much a fighter makes. That is none of my concern.

who said floyd care about the fans and why should he if you want to see him lose you going to pay to see him lose.
if 2500 people come to see a fight and 2400 want you to lose you still got there money.

Ok, so with that said, how can u possibly be a fan of his, given the fact that he can give two ****s about anything else other than making money against made to order opponents?

Call me crazy, but i prefer to see my favorite fighters in fights that they actually have a chance of losing, rather than see them take on some weak champ such as Baldomir, then brag about how he schooled him.

Floyd Mayweather CLEARLY has the better resume..honestly i wouldnt even compare their resume's...Floyd was P4P#1 when he retired'...And kicked hattons ass and knocked hitman the **** out...Hatton fans need to realize this and stop bitching about floyds resume from all things...

Nobody's denying what he accomplished early in his career. 130-135 was solid. How long can u ride that wave though? You cant live off your past wins from 10yrs ago, then opt to take on easy challenges from that point on in order to protect your 0, then claim to still be the best. It doesnt work that way. In this sport, its all about show and prove. Saying you can beat someone is not the same as actually doing it.

Totally understand. My question is, why be a fan of a fighter who's only looking to milk the sport? Its all good for him, but how does that benefit u as a fan? Im concerned about money, but its MY OWN MONEY. Not another mans money. I also watch tennis. Big fan of Federer. Would it make sense for me to prefer he take on less than the best opposition because it would bring him more money than if he were to take on the best for less? No! Why? Because that's not why i watch sports. I want to see the best take on the best, and so should everyone else.
