    And he is right, good timming beats speed any day any time. The sad part is that you need Cotto type timming to disrupt speed, wich ricky dont have!!!!!!!

            hes done this his whole life and his record is 45-1....his lighter than usual this time before the fight, cut the guy some slack he likes his pints from the local pub

                Fighters like Hopkins base their career on timing. All his biggest wins he timed his opponents. Tarver got timed off his own jab (and Buddy begged him to stop, but Antonio never listened), Pav off the jab as well (but he kept jabbing inside Hopkins' range), Tito's footwork gave him away, and so on and so on. Also Barrera was very skilled at this too. I agree 100% with Floyd Sr., but back in their primes, MAB and BHop had a good bit of speed as well..
