I don't think Roy can make 166 at all. I'll honestly be surprised if he makes 168. He can get down to about 170 with eae I think, but for older fighters, those last few pounds can be a real *****. (Castillo, Campbell)

I think Roy could take Kelly if he fought the right fight though. But as gunshy as Roy is, if Kelly landed anything even half heartedly, I think Roy might go into earmuff mode.
