He wouldn't enter the P4P/Welterweight Top 10 until he has a fight, that's if he returns. They cannot rank someone that hasn't had a fight yet (taking into consideration of 18 months inactivity), so I don't think he will enter P4P/Welterweight Top 10 straight away... they would rank him wherever after having his first fight out of retirement, that's what I THINK will happen anyway.

um do you guys realize that vazquez and marquez have not fought in over a year? and they haven't fought anybody but each other in over two years. if they can continue to remain on the p4p rankings, which is a disgrace imo, then mayweather should definitely be able to return to the top spot without having to fight
