I've never seen him in an outright brawl, but technically I think he's very good and can outbox him. I expect Miranda to be competitive no doubt, but I'm not really sure Miranda has an easy time making 175. He might tire late.

I think Dirrel would definitely beat Miranda for the record.

I think SOG could out box Miranda and win a UD, or possibly stop him late. Hard to say, Ward isnt well tested and Miranda can crack. Its a good fight, though, I hope it gets made.

It would be at 168lbs (or close to it).
Yea, I hear Dirrell is a tough fighter. I have yet to see him.

This fight is interesting. Ward does not bring that kind of knockout power that Abraham or Pavlik do, so i wonder if he could consistently out box Miranda without making any mistakes, because Miranda at any time during the fight could score a knockout. This is also a step up in competition for Ward. Definitely a fight i would watch. These fights at super middleweight needs to happen.

I meant to type 168. I was thinking 175 because Miranda should be fighting there imo.

Direll is really damn good. Miranda could trouble him at times, but he's a really good boxer with a really good offensive game.

Miranda wouldnt touch Ward. Pantera should go after bigger fish.

If these two fight, they'll be the mandatory to Froch-Taylor I think.

Pantera needs to beat a guy like Ward to get some respect back and force the top guys to give him a shot.

This may be true, but still wouldnt mean much. It is the WBC and we all know that being a mandatory in that sanction doesnt mean ****. You could be sitting their forever and never force the fight.

Ward would probably outbox Miranda but if Miranda catches him, it would be lights out. Ward can be caught when he switches and squares himself up quite a bit so there's a chance for Miranda to land a big right hand. Either Ward by decision or late knockout or Miranda by come from behind knockout.

Ward wins by late round KO. He wears down Miranda like Pavlik but Dre ain't as hard hittin so it gonna be wit fast combos. Dre Ward puttin bay area boxing on the map baby!
