Winky being inactive for a while gives williams a better chance than usual, i still pick winky though.

correct me if I'm wrong but quintana doesn't have a huge workrate either. Seems like the people who beat Williams so far have little workrate. Most of their work is being defensive and moving out of the way of pauls punches

I don't remember too much of that fight. But Winky can often stay stationary and on the defensive. Quintana is a good boxer who moves a lot and he is a good counter puncher as well, but I don't think his work rate is too low. I think Winky will be counter punching a lot.

If Winky would've taken a tuneup fight, I might've picked him. As it is, almost 2 years off is too much for a 37 year old, especially one with one win in his last 3 fights.

Williams made a very good point about Wright's inactivity

"My thing is, I think he's been training while he was off those two years," Williams said. "He's been coming in, working out, training, sparring and all that. So in a way, it seems like he's been in training camp for two years" - Paul Williams

So he's really burnt out then? Well that's even worse. I've heard of overtraining, but 2 years? Damn.

going by this poll, it doesn't seem like much of an upset now.

From all the talk on other threads it sort of seemed like Williams was favorite, but according to this thread it seems Winky has a relatively clear edge in the voting.
