Let's not forget, Floyd Featherhands was able to KO Hatton and he wasn't nearly as active as someone like Manny is. Nor does he hit as hard. I think if Manny's power is really up there at 140lbs, Hatton might have some trouble.
Lets also not forget that precision is also important than jsut power when going for a knockdown. Sure Pac maybe stronger than Floyd, but i can also make the argument that Floyd is more of a precision puncher.
i think pac has some good power but i dont know how its going to be against a guy in his prime unlike de la hoya....pac is good at slowly wearing you down with his power, not really a big ko punch...and i've come to the conclusion that margarito is just over hyped and the plaster-gate just made things worse for him...i agree pac does hit harder
I actually think Pac has one punch power still. Just recently he's become more of a boxer/puncher. He doesnt really sit down on his shots as much, and he's always on his toes moving in and then moving out.
im sure the sparring partner didn't feel the loaded punches of margarito like johnson, cintron, and cotto did.....i can believe pac does hit harder......marg did no damage to mosley and landed some good hits.....
Actually he might have. When Margarito broke his cheek bone or whatever, he said it was the hardest punch he's ever taken. Freddie Roach mentioned that Margarito might have sparred with them and then he got even more calls.
