    Pacquiao World's Most Influential?

Filipino boxing superstar Manny Pacquiao has been named as one of the world’s most influential people by Time Magazine. The respected magazine has listed 100 finalists on their website and readers can vote for their choice. wow, its probebly the most ******ed list Ive ever seen. seriously, look at most the names on the list.

oh well, who cares. Im voting for Pacquiao. I like how they mention that during his fights, the crime rate in the Phillipines goes down.

and everyones average rating is incredibly low, probebly because people were confused about the rating system. TIME really screwed up on this whole thing.
