Nope. He was promoting a fight, to me everything goes except for really getting into your opponents family, that's too far for me.
What pissed me off is when years later on a radio show when called out on it and given the oppurtunity to just be like "relax I was just promoting a fight I have no problem with Puerto Rico", he started going off as if he knew what he was talking about, when he really just made himself sound like an idiot.
He's a genius when it comes to boxing, but he thinks he's way smarter than he is when it comes to everything else.Comment

....When he did it in Puerto Rico it was hilarious. The look on Don king, Tito, and the bystanders faces was classic. I laugh every time I see it. No disrespect to the Puerto Ricans as I love Cotto. I just thought the reaction to it was comical.Comment

Im rican i was pissed off i wantet one of them bottles they threw when he did it in pr hit him in the face but he only got grased but i was offended by it and i think he went a lil far because you dont disrespect another persons country by throwing there flag to the floor out of everything. Now im not as offended i kno he dont hate ricans or nothing just did it to get into his head.Comment
