Hatton by late stoppage. Cotto was weak and vulnerable at 140 due to the weight loss. He was rocked badly by Chop Chop who isnt really a puncher, and almost stopped by Torres. Even Malignaggi stunned him in their fight. Hatton is a different animal at 140 than 147
