This guy's answer to who would beat Vitali is a heavyweight Bernard Hopkins. There is no heavyweight Bernard Hopkins. This is pretty weak stuff.

What Gomez did best was his early body work. Vitali pulls straight back from straight punches so the best thing he was doing was throwing a hard straight left to the midsection. The moment Vitali stopped pawing and started snapping the left jab, he took over the fight.
