    RJ-Lacy coming soon at 168?

RJ-Lacy coming soon at 168? "After I stop him I don't want there to be any excuses!"

Cong**** on a great victory. Can you give us some thoughts on your performance?

RJ-"It was a pretty good performance. It was what it was. It was Omar Sheika. I'm not a ****** guy and I'm not going to brag about beating a guy who been beat before. Don't get me wrong, he was a good fighter back in the day and he's still a puncher, which is why I fought him because I know he was going to be coming to knock me out. It felt good having big Roy and Merk working the corner together in unison. I know people are complaining about it getting stopped prematurely, but looking back at it, I was just starting to click a little bit, there's no need to get him beat to a pulp and I didn't want to break my hands, so all in all I'm glad they did what they did."

Waiting to read the rest of the interview......

Lacy would be the perfect opponet for Roy, and Roy fans. He's probably more gunshy than Roy, and his confidence has been dog**** ever since Calzaghe son'd him.

It would be another Sheika style beatdown for Roy, and another memorable night for you Reed.

I think this fight could a be perfect stepping stone... lacy at least has a name.. hes still young, and he can still punch.. hes better then sheika... but someone who roy could still put hands on... and get some more rounds in

ouch.....As far removed from what he once was as Roy is, He should be able to run most of the night and easily beat Lacy on Points. I'd LMAO if Roy ran into a big shot though and got laid out by Lacy. Please nobody be so ignorant to think that Roy can punch with Lacy tho.....

****, I feel you. I'll be in the same position with B-Hop if he decides to keep fighting on after Adamek, eventually, it will get his ass.

I'm in the same boat with Marco Antonio Barrera right now. I don't think he belongs at Lightweight, I think his best days are behind him, and I wish he'd just retire.

But what can I do? Dude wants to keep fighting, so I gotta support him.

              WAR Marco!!!!!!!

Lacy could KO Roy. But its not a bad fight. It would be perfect for Roy to retire on the P-cola win. It was the perfect farewell performance. But he doesn't want to, so it what it is........I don't care if Roy is fighting a guy a gas station, I'll be watching. lol

Even if he fought Mike McCallum again in a rematch I would be excited.....I would watch no matter who he fights.

Roy is doing himself no favors by fighting ex-Calzaghe victims. What's next... Tocker Pudwill?
