i've watched Valero spar and some of his older fights. Dude has more power then Manny. Though if him and Manny ever got in the ring, i see Manny knocking him out. He's too slow and throws to wide.

He beat Morales,Santa Cruz, in sparring.

But he got good promotor now so we will see how hard he really hits!

in PURE POWER it's valero, but pacquiao combines power/speed which is better.
