Logic 101: Just because someone says something ****** or a large amount of people say something ****** loudly over and over again (Roy is not shot) does not mean that after he gets his ass kicked he was not shot all along because some people were saying it.

I just watched the match about an hour ago (got someone to download it for me so that I could watch it "as live" with a friend), and was genuinely happy to see Roy happy and snappy again. I don't think there's anything wrong with that. Sure he's shot, sure he's old, sure I don't want him to get hurt... but can't a fan be happy and think "Y'know, maybe he'd beat [insert name here]"?

Read bsrizpac's post. That pretty much sums it up. Yeah he looked nice against the heavy bag but if we really like Roy Jones, the last place we'll want to see him in is inside the ring against Chad Dawson.

Exactly. I'm not hating. I loved watching him kick tito's ass cause it's Roy. Same here. But I am a realist. He's done. Also I don't think it's great as a Roy fan to put him in situations where he can get 1 punch KOs again and again.
