the light weight division is sooo good, too much talent there, Valero is still a prospect but he soon could be the king, cant wait for the upcoming fight, get him in with Khan.

nice video. for anyone interested the almost KO happens at the tail end last 30 seconds of the video. valero has been sparring jose armand santa cruz who is 18-0 for the first 3 rounds then in round 4 they bring in urbano antillon who's 13-0(8ko's) and in round 5 valero catches him with a combo that ends in a right hook that slumps antillon and makes him quit/stop the sparring.

Looks like an exhibition. It seems the footwork is dismal and the punches are slow. Power is evident, though.

That was some excellent work, but those sparring commentators were hugging Valero more than Kellerman hugs Paul Williams. And that is no easy accomplishment.

Valero is a beast in the gym, let's see if he can carry that into the ring during an actual fight against a top caliber opponent.

he is tearing up the gym in Costa Mesa (Orange County CA)

miguel huerta and josesito lopez have been sparring with him for a few weeks and he is lighting them up. Josesito's trainer says he has never seen a gym beast like Valero

but yeah once he steps into a ring to actually fight all bets are off as he tends to revert back
