Barkley would beat Pavlik, and Barkley wasn't even one of the best of his era. Pavlik is just the beneficiary of an awful, weak division.

He would have good fights against Abraham and Pavlik. He wasn't the best but he fought the best and sometimes beat them.

Barkleys an underated fighter and most dont know he's held titles at 3 weights.

He would definitely be a top guy in the division, would most likely beat Sturm, Pavlik and Abraham would be tough fights for him but he could beat both.
