He beat an old Tzysu and wasn't too convincing in doing so. How did Hatton clean out the division when there's fighters like Witter, Holt and Bradley still out there? Sorry but Hattons claim he's the best "140er" isn't proven and to say Hatton has a very good chance to beat Manny based on being at the top of a mediocre division is laughable.

My opinion almost exactly.
Welterweights been tried and tested without success.
The only Welter I would like to see Ricky fight is Cotto - at a catchweight of about 144.
But its a big if beating Pac. I'm a Hatton fan and this will be almost as tough as Floyd imo. IF he beats Pac, unify 140 by beating Bradley/Holt, fight JMM, and maybe Cotto at catchweight.
Then retire, maybe a farewell fight in Manchester against Witter.
Forget about Floyd.
