So did Prince Charles Williams look what happened to him. Only guys who outworked Toney were Tiberi, but that was, because of weight drained Toney. Drake Thadzi outworked him, but Thadzi was a big strong LHW, and that was Toney after his losses to Griffin etc.

Is it me,or am I the only one that saw Fatty getting his head boxed off for 9 rounds before knocking out a gassed out Nunn that couldnt be assed to train properly for that fight?

Calzaghe is better than Jirov. Faster, better footwork, chin and feints.

Mayweather is much better P4P than James.

Watch the Michael nunn fight at 160 i think, and see all the jabs and right hands toney dodged before knocking him out savagely, and thats when he was about 23 years old and some considered nunn the p4p no 1 in the sport.
Werd, I saw that fight. Toney can be an absolute beast, his skills are undeniable, but he also can be inconsistent. As I said earlier, I don't know the outcome of this mythical match-up, I reckon it would be a close one. If Joe did lose to Toney it would be nothing to be ashamed of. I don't think Toney would knock Joe out, though, it'd go to the cards, IMO.

Toney came in overweight for the Thadzi fight. He was having weight issues yet again. In all honesty, Toney doesn't take alot of people seriously. If he in fact is in tip-top shape and focused for Calzaghe, he can school him.

toneys' counter punching would hav Calzaghe scared to throw as many punches as he's used to

And for the record, Nunn wasnt landing as many punches as people think, toney was slipping alot of them, then this happened.
