It's never going to happen, Roy would obviously cream himself for this fight because it would undoubtedly be his last shot at being a big time player on the World Stage. B-Hop has nothing to gain from this fight though, Roy has literally nothing to offer and entice Hopkins with.

B-Hop isn't even hung up on the loss from their first fight because he knows he was young and inexperienced compared to Roy and that he could school Roy easily now.
